Full Description
The Wine Republic
Enjoy a big variety of planchettes, salads, tartes flambees or pizzas to share with friends or on a romantic date. We select only the most refined cheeses, cold cuts, and local produce in our dishes.
To accompany these, we always have a selection of over 30 wines and bubbles by the glass, both from Luxembourg and international producers. Many others can also be chosen by bottle.

Set in a charming 17th-century building nestled in the heart of the city’s historic quarter, our tasting experience blends heritage, elegance, and exceptional taste.
Sip on internationally acclaimed Rieslings, crémants, and more, while surrounded by centuries of history and timeless ambiance. Whether you’re a connoisseur or simply curious, this is the perfect way to explore the rich winemaking tradition of Luxembourg in an intimate, atmospheric setting in a light and entertaining manner held by owner Tanja de Jager.

- Just a taste 18€: 1 Crémant, 2 glasses of white wine
- The classical tasting 25€: 1 Crémant, 4 very different glasses of wine
- Classical tasting with snacks 35€: Like above but with a buffet of cold cuts, cheeses and luxembourgish specialties
- The Gourmet Tasting 60€ (min 5 people): Try 5 different of the most high-end and internationally renowned wines. With buffet plus 10€ per person.
