Requirements
Be at least 18 years old. Have good communication and interpersonal skills (You are after all applying to become a guide :-) ) A basic knowledge of Luxembourg and its city is required, with a minimum of knowledge to be demonstrated. You must be able to communicate effectively with national and international visitors to offer them an exceptional and informative visit. A polished presentation and a confident, welcoming appearance are essential. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (French, German, Luxembourgish, Dutch) are a plus. Punctual, responsible and able to work independently. Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends and during peak tourist seasons.

Job Description
We organize guided e-bike tours in Luxembourg City, offering visitors unique experiences to discover the city’s history, culture and hidden gems. Our e-bike tours combine sustainability, fun and authentic local insights.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable freelance e-bike guides to lead small and large groups on our guided tours. As a guide, you will be the face of our tours, sharing your knowledge, ensuring guest safety, and creating memorable experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead group in scheduled e-bike tours in Luxembourg (mainly Luxembourg City)
- Provide engaging commentary on local culture and landmarks (if you’re a connoisseur on history, it’s a plus ;)
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants throughout the ride.
- Assist participants with e-bike handling if necessary.
- Be the face of sightseeing.lu during the tours.
- Report any incidents or technical issues to the team.
