The Charity Dinner 2025 is a prestigious charity event organized by the Rotary Club Bascharage Kordall and the Municipality of Pétange. Enjoy a unique experience in an exceptional setting, with a gourmet menu, artistic performances by David Ianni, and a raffle in support of humanitarian causes.
Enjoy a gourmet menu created by chef Paul Eischen.
Note: When making a reservation, customers must indicate their choice of starter (E1 or E2) and main course (P1 or P2).
Starter (choice of):
- E1: Green and white asparagus salad with home-marinated gravlax roses, dill sauce, and vegetable vinaigrette
- E2: Checkerboard of cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls with homemade pesto, served on a bed of guacamole with carrot juice and crispy basil
Intermediate course:
- Parsley cappuccino with a skewer of root vegetables
Main Course (choice of):
- P1: Slow-cooked veal fillet Marengo style with spiced polenta and seasonal vegetables
- P2: Morel mushroom risotto with asparagus
Dessert:
- Homemade strawberry cake with raspberry coulis and champagne ice cream

Le Charity Dinner 2025 est un évènement caritatif prestigieux organisé par le Rotary Club Bascharage Kordall et la Commune de Pétange.
Vivez une expérience unique dans un cadre exceptionnel, accompagné d’un menu gastronomique, de performance artistiques de David Ianni et d’une tombola au profit de causes humanitaires.
Dégustez un menu gastronomique concocté par le chef Paul Eischen.
Remarque: Lors de la réservation, ées clients devront indiquer leur choix pour l’entrée (E1 ou E2) et le plat prinicpal (P1 ou P2).
Entrée au choix:
- E1: Salade d’asperges vertes et blanches avec roses de gravelx mariné maison, sauce à l’aneth et vinaigrette aux petits légumes.
- E2: Damier de tomates cerises et billes de mozzarella au pesto maison, sur lit de guacamole avec jus de carotte et basilic frit.
Entre plat:
- Cappuccino de persil avec brochette de légumes racines.
Plat principal (au choix):
- P1: Pavé de veau confit façon Marengo avec polenrta épicée et petits légumes
- P2: Risotto aux morilles fraîches et pointes d’asperges
